Our apartments consist of single and/or double rooms with separate single beds.

Fresh bed linen is included.

Free WiFi throughout the property.

Weekly cleaning of the apartment by our service staff.
60,00€ plus 7% VAT.

Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and storage space.

For individual use, a washing machine (for a fee) and a drying room are available on site.

Check-in is contactless 24 hours a day. So you can arrive relaxed at any time.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for your own use. It is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kettle.

Free parking spaces for cars and vans are available on site.

There is a smoking area with seating outside.

Smoking is not permitted on site.

Prices (plus 7% VAT.)

The prices per night refer to bookings of 1 month or more and full occupancy.

Payment in advance to secure the reservation or cash upon check-in.

Whole apartment for 4 to 5 people from 1 month rental period: 22.00 € p.p./Night

Plus basic cleaning fee (due on 1st invoice): 60.00 € Flat rate

Minimum rental period: 4 nights
